For example you are sweating a lot because you are doing tedious work like carrying heavy materials and are always moving. Well, it is normal that you will sweat a lot because of this. However, if excessive sweating is very frequent, then there is already a problem. Frequent excessive sweating in parts of the body like head, hands, feet and armpit can pose a problem. Excessive sweating is also known as hyperhidrosis.

    Excessive sweating in the head (or your face) is a huge problem. I know, many will feel embarrassed and are always anxious because of this. Thus, it is important to cure it. Firstly, you should learn the root cause so that you can find the effective solution.

    The Causes

    Sweating is a normal process of our body. Sweat is excreted and released out of our body so that the temperature of our body will be regulated. This becomes a problem for some people when they sweat too much within normal conditions where other people will not even sweat a single drop. Among the reasons for hyperhidrosis is obesity. If a person is obese, he might also suffer from hyperhidrosis (e.g. facial hyperhidrosis). Women who are also in their menopausal stage may also suffer from it. Hyperhidrosis is also hereditary.

    If you are having facial hyperhidrosis, it is important to consider recalling when you started to have it. If you have it since you were a kid, then try to trace your bloodline. For example, does your mother or father or any one in your family or relatives suffer from hyperhidrosis?
